Individual Counseling                    $90.00         

Family/Couples Counseling          $90.00                  

AD/HD assessment                    $350.00  

 

Group Counseling                        $45.00

Insurance -

The total cost for all services is the responsibility of the client. We request that all services be paid in full when received, and that you file for reimbursement from your insurance company.

The office staff of Focal Point will assist you in receiving reimbursement from your provider, and may file your claim for you electronically as a courtesy. Please be aware that many insurance companies do not pay for counseling. Please be sure that your provider will provide reimbursement for a LICENSED PROFESSIONAL COUNSELOR (LPC) prior to entering therapy.
